1Introduction

Welcome to bat639. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete legal agreement between you and bat639 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the bat639 website, mobile app and all services offered through them — including sports betting, live casino, slot games, promotions, VIP membership and all PKR transactions.

By clicking "Register", creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any part of the bat639 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use bat639.

bat639 operates as an online sports betting and casino entertainment platform intended for adult players in Pakistan. All financial transactions on the platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, which form part of your overall agreement with bat639.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and use bat639, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bat639 operates strictly as an adults-only platform. Any account found to have been created by or used by a person under 18 will be immediately closed and all funds held subject to further review.
• You must be the individual whose details you provide during registration. Registering on behalf of another person, or submitting false identity information, is strictly prohibited.
• You must not already hold an active bat639 account. Each individual is permitted one account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different details — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. If you are restricted by court order, legal guardian arrangement or any other legal mechanism from entering contracts, you are not eligible to use bat639.
• You must not be acting on behalf of or in association with any third party when using bat639 services.

During registration you will be required to provide accurate personal information including your name, date of birth, contact details and preferred payment method. You agree to keep this information current and accurate at all times. bat639 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any stage — including before processing withdrawals — and to suspend account access until verification is satisfactorily completed.

3Your Account

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your bat639 account. This includes bets placed, deposits made, bonuses claimed and withdrawals requested. bat639 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account if you have failed to keep your login credentials secure.

• Your username and password must be kept confidential. Do not share your account credentials with anyone, including family members.
• You must notify bat639 support immediately via live chat if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• bat639 accounts are personal and non-transferable. Selling, transferring or gifting your account to another person is not permitted under any circumstances.
• Your account balance is denominated in PKR. bat639 does not offer multi-currency balances or currency conversion services.
• Inactive accounts — where no login, deposit or bet activity has occurred for 12 consecutive months — may be subject to an administrative fee or account closure at bat639's discretion. You will be notified before any such action is taken.

bat639 operates a single account policy. If our systems detect multiple accounts associated with the same individual — identified through matching personal details, device identifiers, IP address patterns or payment methods — all associated accounts may be suspended pending review. Any bonuses claimed across multiple accounts may be voided and balances adjusted accordingly.

4Deposits & Payments

All deposits on bat639 are made in PKR. The platform supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players:

• Deposits are credited to your bat639 balance once confirmed by the payment provider. Processing times vary by method but most deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa reflect instantly.
• bat639 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges — check with JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank directly for their current fee schedules.
• Only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person or using payment methods registered to another individual is prohibited.
• bat639 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of a payment method before processing any withdrawal to that method.
• Deposit limits may apply based on your account verification status and VIP tier. You can set personal deposit limits at any time from your account settings under Responsible Gaming tools.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible. bat639 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal being held pending review.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500 for all methods.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is typically within 24 to 48 hours of approval. VIP members at Platinum tier receive priority processing, and Diamond members receive instant processing where technically possible.
• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods from which a qualifying deposit has been made on the account, unless approved otherwise by bat639 support.
• bat639 does not charge withdrawal fees. Processing fees charged by your payment provider are outside bat639's control.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion's terms before they become withdrawable.
• bat639 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that appear unusual in volume, frequency or pattern. This is a standard risk management and player protection measure.

6Bonuses & Promotions

bat639 runs a range of promotions for Pakistani players including welcome bonuses, deposit reload offers, cashback on cricket and PSL bets, free spins on selected slots, and VIP-exclusive incentives. Each promotion has its own specific terms which are published on the Promotions page and must be read before claiming.

• Bonuses are available to verified, eligible accounts only. bat639 reserves the right to decline any bonus claim at its discretion where eligibility criteria are not met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Bonus funds that expire before wagering requirements are met will be removed from your account automatically.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds cannot be used in combination with other active bonuses. Only one promotion can be active on your account at a time.
• Bets placed using bonus funds contribute to wagering requirements at rates specified in each promotion's individual terms. Not all games contribute equally — some slots contribute 100%, while certain live casino games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all.
• bat639 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotions cannot be claimed retroactively for bets or deposits made before a promotion was active on your account.
• Any attempt to exploit promotions, including through multi-accounting, bonus abuse, arbitrage or coordinated wagering across accounts, will result in bonuses being voided and the account being reviewed for suspension.

7Betting Rules

All bets placed on bat639 — including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, Esports and any other sports markets — are subject to the general betting rules set out here and to any sport-specific rules published on the platform.

• A bet is confirmed only when bat639's system generates a bet confirmation and a unique bet reference number. Bets that do not receive a confirmation reference should be treated as unplaced regardless of what appeared on your screen.
• bat639 reserves the right to refuse, void or restrict any bet at its discretion — including bets placed on markets where odds were published erroneously or where a material pricing error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical failure, system outage or data feed interruption that affects the integrity of a market or the recording of bets, bat639 will investigate and apply a fair resolution. This may include voiding affected bets and returning stakes to player balances.
• Live betting markets — including ball-by-ball cricket and in-play football — may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets already accepted before a suspension remain valid unless the market is subsequently voided for integrity reasons.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits vary by sport, league and bet type. bat639 reserves the right to apply individual account betting limits where unusual patterns are identified.
• Winnings from voided bets are not payable. The original stake amount will be returned to your PKR balance in full where a bet is voided.
• For PSL and international cricket markets specifically: in the event of a match being abandoned or not completed within the minimum overs threshold required by the relevant match rules, bat639's cricket-specific voiding policy will apply and will be published on the platform.

8Casino & Slots

bat639's casino section — including all slot titles, live dealer tables and any other casino-format games available in the Game Lobby — is provided subject to the rules of each individual game as supplied by the respective game provider, in addition to these general Terms.

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino titles, real dealers operating under independently audited conditions. bat639 does not operate or control the RNG or live dealer infrastructure directly — this is managed by third-party providers.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages vary by game and are published either within the game interface itself or in the game provider's publicly available documentation. bat639 does not guarantee specific RTP outcomes for individual sessions.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection or technical error during a casino session, the round in question may be voided and the stake returned. bat639 will not be liable for losses attributed to a technical failure outside its direct control.
• Progressive jackpot games are subject to the jackpot provider's specific rules regarding seed amounts, contribution rates and payout conditions. These are governed by the game provider and not bat639 directly.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and are displayed within the game interface before you begin play.

9VIP Programme

bat639's VIP Programme consists of five membership tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. All newly registered accounts start at Bronze tier automatically. Progression through tiers is based on cumulative wagering activity across sports betting and casino games over rolling assessment periods.

• VIP tier benefits — including cashback percentages, withdrawal priority, account manager access and exclusive promotions — are as described on the VIP page and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
• Cashback credited through the VIP programme is applied directly to your PKR balance. Cashback calculations are based on net losses within the applicable qualifying period as defined for your tier.
• VIP tier status is reviewed periodically. If qualifying wagering activity falls below the threshold required to maintain a tier, your status may be adjusted downward at the next review cycle. You will be notified before any downgrade takes effect.
• VIP benefits are personal to your account and cannot be transferred, gifted or shared with another player.
• bat639 reserves the right to remove a player from the VIP programme or adjust their tier if their account is found to be in breach of these Terms or the VIP programme's specific conditions.

10Responsible Gaming

bat639 is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. We encourage all players to treat betting as a form of entertainment and to play within financial and time limits they are genuinely comfortable with.

• Deposit limits can be set daily, weekly or monthly from within your account settings. Once a lower limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase an existing limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase applies.
• Session time reminders can be enabled from your account settings to alert you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-exclusion tools allow you to temporarily pause or permanently close your account if you feel your betting habits are becoming difficult to manage. These can be activated from your account settings without needing to contact support.
• bat639 will not contact a player who has self-excluded with promotional material during their exclusion period.
• bat639 strongly recommends that all players only use funds they can afford to lose without financial hardship. Betting should never be used as a means to recover financial losses or as a substitute for income.

11Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bat639 and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and permanent closure:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or at any point during identity verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any mechanical means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or loopholes in any game, betting market or promotional system for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players, coordinating bets to abuse promotions, or engaging in any form of syndicated bonus abuse.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting or placing bets based on information not publicly available.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment — including but not limited to money laundering, fraud or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing bat639 staff or other players via any channel including live chat.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or tamper with any part of the bat639 platform, systems or software.

12Account Suspension & Closure

bat639 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or any activity that bat639 considers poses a risk to the platform or other players.
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 months or more.
• At the player's own request — either temporary self-exclusion or permanent account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, any balance remaining — including pending withdrawals and bonus funds — may be withheld pending investigation. If the account is cleared following investigation, legitimate real-money balances will be returned via the original payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited regardless of the closure reason.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, contact bat639 support via live chat or use the self-exclusion tool in your account settings. Closure requests are typically processed within 24 hours.

13Limitation of Liability

bat639 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted, bat639 excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or indirect, consequential or special loss arising from use of the platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by maintenance, technical failures, third-party outages or events outside bat639's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or banking institutions.
• Inaccurate or incomplete information you provide during registration or verification.

Nothing in these Terms limits bat639's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

14Privacy & Data

bat639 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, deliver customer support and personalise your experience on the platform.
• bat639 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and other service partners strictly as required to deliver the platform's services.
